Back to the EIGHTIES!!

Venerdì 16 Novembre,
frizzante e divertente l'atmosfera che si respirava all' "80 Party"@PoliteamaCafè di Poggibonsi, un viaggio nel passato alla scoperta degli anni '80 tra auto del tempo e musica a tutto volume.
Il locale, tra i più Glam della vita noturana Valdelsana, era stato allestito in perfetto stile Eighties grazie alla presenza degli OUTFIT di  Messere... colori fotonici, scaldamuscoli alla "Flashdance" ben in vista, leggins super aderenti abbinati a maglie extra-large con maniche a pipistrello e naturalmente strutturate spalline, così vistose da sagomare il corpo in modo caricaturale. Per non parlare poi dei sensuali corpetti di pizzo strizzati dentro voluminose gonne multistrato di tulle e coronati da appariscenti collane con sovrapposti crocifissi per un look degno della Madonna di  "Like a Virgin" e "Lucky Star"!!

Friday 16th November,
sparkling and amusing the air that we breathed  to the "80 Party"@PoliteamaCafè in Poggibonsi, a travel in the past to discover the Eighties. The Cafè, one of the glamourous of the Valdelsa nightlife, has been fit out in perfect Eighties style thanks to the presence of Messere's OUTFITs... photonic colours, leg warmer as "Flashdance" in plain view, close-fitting leggins that match with extra-large batwing sweater and of course structured shoulder pads that mold the body in a grotesque way. To say nothing of the sensual lace corsages wrung out in tulle multilayer skirt and fulfil with garish necklaces with overlapping crucifixes for a look worthy of Madonna of "Like a Virgin" and "Lucky Star"!!

Ecco uno scorcio del Messere Fashion's Party... quando attimi di vita reale entrano in passerella!!

Dimenticate le fredde sfilate abbiamo deciso di presentare le collezioni A/I 2012-2013 in un modo del tutto peculiare...niente più automi, niente più donne manichini prive di femminilità, ma meravigliose ragazze che delineano quadri di normale quotidianità!! Grazie a tutti voi che avete preso parte alla bellissima serata... e un grazie speciale a Lisa, Carolina, Ilaria, Clara e Ginevra... siete state a dir poco uniche!!!

Messere fashion's Party...when moments of real life enter in runway!!

Forgotten the chilly fashion shows we have decided to present the A/W collections 2012-2013 in a totally peculiar way... no androids, no women without feminity, but wonderful girls that delineate pictures of daily life! Thanks to all of you that have taken part at the event, and a special thanks to Lisa, Carolina, Ilaria, Clara and Ginevra... you have been simply uniques!!

Vogue Fashion Night Out@Firenze

                                             

AMO LA MODA AUTENTICA, QUELLA CHE NON IMPONE COME ESSERE, MA INSEGNA A SAPER FAR SBOCCIARE CHI SIAMO REALMENTE!!

Finalmente la moda arriva a Firenze al di fuori delle blindate mura di Pitti...

Finalmente chi detta la moda è la gente comune che per una notte è in grado di dare adito alla propria creatività...

Grazie alla VFNO (alla I edizione nel Capoluogo toscano) le vie della mia amata Firenze si sono trasformate in runways all'aria aperta; abbandonate le remore si è riscoperto il gusto di giocare con quel mondo che per quanto superficiale possa apparire è capace di farci tornare a sognare.

Per una notte l'inusuale sensazione di passare inosservati per quanto bizzarri si possa sembrare ha riempito l'aria fiorentina....

In realtà il pericolo della caduta dallo chic più cool, al kitch più terribile era sempre dietro l'angolo, ma sinceramente, chi se ne importa?!

Viviamo in una realtà che segue la moda passivamente, attendiamo che i trend ci vengano imposti e ciò che drammaticamente questo crea, è una truce conformità a standard stereotipati.

Basta poco però per uscire da questa struttura uniformante, e un evento come la Vogue Fashion Night Out ne è la prova: turbini di stili, colori, mood diversi rendevano la città il centro del mondo perciò ogni caduta di stile è perdonata!!

Infondo la VFNO è riuscita a cogliere il vero senso della moda, peccato che come Cenerentole, allo scoccare della mezzanotte, siamo tornati a racchiuderci nei nostri gusci.... Forse per paura di osare siamo tornati a avvicinarci al mondo della moda timidamente preferendo restare dietro le quinte invece di diventarne i protagonisti.

Sono convinta però che una scarpetta di cristallo è rimasta nel regno fiabesco del fashion district e prima o poi qualcuno verrà a portarcela per farci tornare a sbocciare, magari alla prossima VFNO...

Finally fashion is coming in Florence beyond the Pitti walls...

Finally fashion is set out by common people that for one night is able to give rise to its own creativity... play with that world which even if it can seem so superficial it's able to help us to return to dream.

Thanks to the VFNO (It's the first edition in Tuscany) the streets of my sweet Florence are transformed in runways outdoors... abandoned the hesitations the taste to play with that world, which even if it can seem so superficial it's able to help us to return to dream, has been rediscovered...

For one night the unusual sensation of passing unnoticed has filled the florentine air.

Actually the danger to fall from the collest chic to the most terrible kitch was behind the corner, but frankly who cares??

We live in a reality that follows fashion passively, we wait that someone imposes us the trends and all of this causes a grim accordance with stereotyped standards.

it doesn't take much to come out of this uniformed structure and an event such as the VFNO it's the proof:

             

Optical Mania

Amanti degli anni '70 è arrivato il vostro momento!!  L'estate 2012 si tinge di mille colori...

Disegni geometrici e bijoux esageranti si impongono come must della stagione facendoci tornare indietro di oltre 40 anni.

Quadrati, romboidi, triangoli, prismi delle più varie dimensioni, e poi linee di ogni colore, frma, spessore si intrecciano, si deformano, si mischiano tra loro rendendo il nostro armadio un tumulto di stampe psichedeliche.

Perciò largo ai pattern appariscenti; divertiamci a creare illusioni ottiche con i nostri outfit trasformandoci in veri e propri quadri di op art, belli, affascinati e sprizzanti di energia!!

Lovers of the Seventies' it's arrived your time!!   The summer 2012 is painted by thousands of colours...

Geometric prints and enormous bijoux stand out as must of the season, making us go back over 40 years...

Squares, rhombs, triangles, prisms of every dimention and then lines of every colour, form, thickness distort themselves, blend, and in that way our wardrobe will seem a tumult of psychedelic prints.

So enjoy yourself creating optical illusion and transforming yourself in paintings of op art.

Chromatic Fusion

Finalmente siamo riusciti a postare l'outfit indossato la scorsa settimana a Puntala. Dopo un giorno di mare, una passeggiata sul porto è ciò che ci vuole per concluedere al meglio la giornata. Il viola cangiante della tuta crea, fondendosi col blu del cardigan, un gioco di colori fresco e divertente; reso ancor più brioso dalla mia Jelly Bag in PVC.

Finally we succeed to post the outfit that i have worn last week in Puntala.

The iridescent purple of the jumpsuit merged with the blue of the cardigan, creates a fresh and funny colour's game that is more light-hearted thanks to mine Jelly Bag made in PVC.

To Rome with (my) love - Second Day

Le nostre "Vacanze Romane" continuano imperturbate. Pur stremati dalle lunghe camminate del giorno precendente non possiamo rinunciare ad un ulteriore giro in città.

In vista della cena a Trastevere, ma ben consapevole dei kilometri che ancora una volta Giulio mi costringerà a percorrere scelgo un look facilmente adattabile ad ogni occasione. Comodo per il giorno se abbinato a dei flat-shoes, easy chic se indossato con un sandalo gioiello e una pochette abbinata, preferibilmente nei toni più caldi del giallo e del marrone così da creare un mix cromatico inusuale ed esclusivo.

Ours "Roman Holiday" carry on unshaken. Even if we are exhausted by the long walk of the previous day we can't give up to another tour into the city.

In sight of the dinner in Trastevere, but conscious of the Kilometres that Giulio will compel me to walk i choose an easy-fitting look. Comfortable for the day if it's matched with a pair of flat-shoes, easy chic if it's worn with a pair of high-heeled sandal and a fitting clutch bag, preferably in the warmer colours of yellow and brown. In this way you can create an unusual and esclusive chromatic mix.

To Rome with (my) Love - First Day

Il fascino immortale della capitale mi affascina ogni volta che vi rimetto piede, ancor più se condivido questi giorni di relax con il mio personale "Gregory Peck".
Per il primo giorno nella città eterna, ispirata da una non tanto insolita vena felliniana e invogliata dal caldo afoso della città scelgo un abito di lino dal gusto Fifties: punto vita in risalto, ampia gonna svasata e pois che danno luce al profondo blu del vestito. 


I am fascinated of the Capital City's everlasting charm every time i return there. This time i share this days of relax with mine personal "Gregory Peck". 
For the first day in the "Eternal City", inspired by a Felliniana inspiration and enticed by the muggy city, i choose a linen dress reminding the Fifties: waist line in relief, flared skirt and pois that enlighten the deep blue of the dress.
